[hexed away from family]

It's strange, you spend most of your life wanting to get out of school, and then when it's gone you think about going back. I really didn't think about furthering my education until Ethan brought it up. I thought of it as a joke until I really gave it consideration. But now it's all that I can think about. I've always been interested in other cultures, their religion and ancient forms of languages. While I was looking through the papers that Ethan sent to me, I think I decided I will go into Classical Archaeology and Ancient History with a minor in Theology. Or maybe Anthropology. I can't decide. I want to learn everything. I need to make up my mind though. I don't have that long to decide.

I need to tell my family. I don't know how to even bring it up to them. But there isn't any way that I am going to change my mind. I'm very excited about starting into the muggle university.

The fieldwork for both of them are amazing. I can't wait to begin. But if I do go into the CAAH I have to write two essays. I really need to get that all sorted out. Ethan you should leave school so we can figure this all out! I want to talk with you.

Classical Archaeology and Ancient History (CAAH) looks at the societies and cultures of the ancient Mediterranean world through their written texts, visual art and material remains, and has at its centre the two dominant classical cultures of Greece and Rome. It is aimed at anyone interested in ancient civilisations and their monuments, from ruined cities, Greek temples and Roman amphitheatres, to marble statues, wallpaintings and the poignant residues of everyday life.

The Theology Faculty has more than 100 members covering almost every possible branch of the discipline, ranging from experts in the ancient languages and literature of the world's religions to church historians and systematic theologians. Its reputation attracts scholars from all over the world as visiting lecturers.

I miss Ethan. I really don’t want to go back to work. I rather enjoyed my break, but I don’t have any more vacation days. I guess I should be happy with the break that I had. I like to work for the most part. It’s something to do.

I’m still reading a Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. It would have been better to have read it before I went to see the play but there just wasn’t time. I still like the theater. I would love to see another play. The stage was very large and there were a lot of seats. And balconies. I wish we could have set in the balcony. But the best part was when I kept talking through it and giggling and the lady behind me got upset. Ethan took my hand so that I wouldn't say anything back to her. It was the first time we held hands! I still say that I should have said something to her.

I will never forget New Years Eve….

I’m depressed. I want Chinese food.
